Rancho Serrano Homeowners Association is a gated community of designer style homes located in the gently rolling hills in south Temecula, which enjoy magnificent views of the Valley.

In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by several active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a local professional management company.
