New gates codes were emailed or mailed to homeowners beginning March 24, 2018 to begin using with the new gate system. The new gate system will be installed Thursday, March 29th. Please call Avalon Management if you have any questions or concerns.

The Rancho Serrano Regular Session Board meetings will now be held at 10:30 AM. Board meeting are held monthly on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Hope to see you there!
