The Board of Directors would like to thank all homeowners for their compliance with the new parking guidelines. The new towing procedures will go into effect in October for those cars still parking on the streets between 12:00 am and 6 a.m. If you have a late night emergency and a visitor needs to park on the street, please call Elite Security at 1-714-801-4385 and press #1 for vehicle safe-listing. If your car is towed, please do not call Management. You will need to call the number on the tow sign located at either entrance. Security will now also be enforcing water run off into the street. If this is an issue for your home, please call management for recommendations on how to correct water run-off. Not only is the water run-off damaging the asphalt in the Community it is affecting the performance of the street sweeper which is resulting in muddy streets instead of clean streets.
