The Board of Directors has authorized ConServe to install a complete new Weathertrak monitoring system for the irrigation within Rancho Serrano. The satellite controlled system will assist in monitoring weather
and soil conditions and activate watering on a controlled basis. It is the hope that this new system will allow and keep Rancho Serrano within the new mandated guidelines for water conservation, while maintaining the existing landscape. The Board however, is also looking to the future, and considering what areas may be renovated for further reduction in water usage.
