Avalon Management, at a cost of over $30k, completely reworked our online credit card and E-Check payment methods, at the lowest rates in the U.S. However, there are a number of instances in which some residents are driving up the cost of providing these services, to the detriment of all residents. Rather then affecting overall rates, Avalon will now separately charge additional fees directly to the owners who pay by using a credit card over the phone, or for accounts in the Small Claims process. Please remember that Avalon offers free auto-debit (ACH), and free payment plan options, as well as accepting checks or cash mailed or in person at either of our offices, Canyon Lake or Temecula. Residents can also log on anytime and for a small fee (payable to the credit card processor) pay using a credit card or by E-Check. Residents most affected by these additional fees will be those residents that call to make a payment over the phone using a credit card or E-Check, or residents with accounts in the Small Claims Process.
